As such, we see our work as a guide for more comprehensive research into chested much broader spectrum of health outcomes.
Our study and others have demonstrated that island Puerto Rican youth are at a distinct health disadvantage compared with mainland youth. Puerto Ricans have poorer physical and mental health outcomes, coupled with worse access to care.
